欧州の著作権法改正に反対するEFF

However, IPRED2 defines criminal offences so vaguely that creators of legitimate websites, Internet service providers, and even librarians could be investigated by the police and face criminal records as well as fines of hundreds of thousands of euros.

有罪の定義が曖昧で、ウェブ上のクリエーターとかプロバイダ、図書館の司書さえもが、警察の厄介になったり前科者になったり、罰金の対象になり得るのだと。
